If you've been following Halo JuGs, you've probably noticed that we've been pretty quiet about exactly what's happening behind the scenes.
That's intentional.
There has been a lot happening.
As we get closer to the Halo JuGs launch, we want to share a little more about where things stand and what comes next. We've gone through countless prototypes, 3D prints, design revisions and engineering decisions while working with suppliers and design-for-manufacturing professionals to turn what started as an idea into a product we're proud to put the Halo JuGs name on.
This isn't about putting our logo on an existing bottle and lid.
We're developing our own product around original functionality, engineering, and design.
When is the Halo JuGs launch and when are pre-orders opening?
We're currently targeting pre-orders around the end of summer, with initial shipments targeted for the fall.
Those dates aren't set in stone.
We won't open ordering simply because we've reached a date on the calendar. Manufacturing, materials, tolerances, finishes, performance and the overall customer experience need to meet our standards for release first.
We won't take customer payments until the product and production details meet our standards for release.
Once everything is dialed in, we'll open the first limited release.
What will the first Halo JuGs release be?
Our first release will be a limited quantity of our signature Halo JuGs design.
We're currently targeting approximately 24–25 oz for our first product — large enough for everyday hydration while still designed with many common vehicle cupholders in mind.
The biggest innovation is happening where we've spent much of our development time:
The lid. We're developing a new approach to everyday carry, device interaction and convenience around something that's already part of everyday life. There's considerably more happening inside the design than we're ready to show publicly.
That's intentional, too.
Our intellectual-property work includes an issued U.S. design patent, another design patent pending, as well as U.S. non-provisional utility and international PCT patent applications.
We've spent considerable time engineering, refining and protecting what we're building before bringing it to market.
How much will Halo JuGs cost?
Final pricing hasn't been set yet.
But we can tell you this:
This isn't going to be a $39.99 setup.
Halo JuGs is being developed as a premium product. Materials, engineering, functionality, finishing and overall execution matter to us.
We're not designing backward from the lowest possible retail price.
We're focused on delivering a product that earns its place in your everyday carry and making sure the finished product justifies the price we put on it.
We'll announce final pricing as we get closer to opening orders.
What is the Halo Core?
The Halo Core gets early access.
It's simple. Just sign up with your email address.
When our first release is ready, Halo Core members will receive a 48-hour early access window with special pricing before ordering opens to everyone else at MSRP.
Once the early access period closes, ordering will open to everyone at the regular launch price.
We'll occasionally send Halo Core members meaningful development and launch updates, but we don't want to fill your inbox with a bunch of emails.
The reason to join is simple:

Special pricing will only be available during the 48-hour Halo Core early access window.
Will there be Limited Editions?
Yes. We plan to occasionally release limited-edition Halo JuGs drops alongside our core products. Some may explore different materials, finishes or aesthetics. Others may simply be made in very limited quantities. We'll notify the Halo Core first.
There's more coming than just Hydration Hardware.
Halo JuGs is only part of what we're building. A LIFESTYLE FLEX™ represents something that goes beyond insulated water bottles. It's about lifestyle gear for people who don't give AF about fitting somebody else's mold and would rather set their own standards.
Different products. Same flex mentality.
Why we're taking our time.
We could show considerably more of what we've been working on.
For now, we'd rather let the work happen behind the scenes.
There are boxes full of prototypes, countless 3D prints and more iterations than we could probably count at this point.
Right now, we're working with our suppliers and design-for-manufacturing professionals to refine the details required for production.
We're continuing to develop and protect proprietary elements.
We're building the infrastructure around Halo JuGs for what comes next.
We're not building this around a single launch.
We're setting things up for the long run, not a short stay.
