1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Halo JuGs and A LIFESTYLE FLEX websites (the “Site”), operated by Halo JuGs LLC, Irvine, California (“Halo JuGs,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Pre-launch notice
The Site is currently a pre-launch preview. Products shown, including HJ001 and A LIFESTYLE FLEX apparel, are not yet for sale. Names, descriptions, images, pricing, release timing and availability may change or be withdrawn without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell.
3. Orders and purchases
When online ordering opens, these terms will be updated with details on pricing, payment, taxes, shipping, returns and order acceptance. Placing an order will not be binding until we accept it, and we may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud.
4. Email sign-ups and messages
If you join the HALO CORE or the A LIFESTYLE FLEX list, or send us an inquiry, you’re giving us your email and any details you include so we can reply and share launch news. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to info@halojugs.com. See our Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
5. Intellectual property
HALO JUGS™, A LIFESTYLE FLEX™, the logos, product designs, photos, text and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to Halo JuGs LLC and are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. Certain Halo JuGs lid technology is the subject of issued and pending patents. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content or marks without written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse the Site. That includes attempting to break or overload it, scraping it, accessing it without authorization, submitting false or harmful content, or using it for anything unlawful.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites, such as our blog at halojugs.com. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo JuGs LLC isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Some places don’t allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
